The scenes you play in your head, about how you think things should be or how you wish they were. Those visions of what seems to be perfection, only takes you further away from actualization of your intended goals. You must learn to turn away from the urges of indulging in personal fantasies and stay grounded in reality. Eternally grateful for what you’re experiencing and improving that. Anything other than that will only lead to desiring illusions of what is not, which is of no use to your personal development.
